2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to required accounts and assets.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
3. Payments
Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in pausing of active campaigns until the balance is cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports and creative work produced for you remain subject to the terms of your agreement. Our own tools, frameworks and methodologies remain the property of Phoenix Digi Marketing.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we work to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue figures, as these depend on factors outside our control. Phoenix Digi Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
