Pay-per-click advertising

Google Ads Managed for Profit, Not for Clicks

Most accounts we inherit are spending 30–50% of their budget on searches that could never convert. We find that money first, then scale what is left.

Where the money goes

The Five Settings That Quietly Drain Indian Ad Budgets

Google's defaults are designed to help Google. Left untouched, they will spend your money efficiently — just not on the people you want.

  1. Broad match with no negative list. You bid on "CNC machine supplier" and pay for "CNC machine operator salary".
  2. Display Network opt-in on Search campaigns. Cheap clicks from app placements that convert at close to zero.
  3. Auto-applied recommendations. Google silently adding keywords and expanding targeting without asking you.
  4. Conversions counted per impression, not per lead. Reporting that flatters itself and tells you nothing.
  5. One campaign for every location and service. Budget flows to the cheapest clicks, not the most valuable ones.

Our first month is usually spent fixing these five things. It is not glamorous, and it is almost always where the biggest gain sits.

What we actually run

  • Search campaigns structured by intent tier and margin, with tight negative keyword governance reviewed weekly.
  • Shopping & Merchant Center feed optimisation — titles, attributes, GTINs and disapproval fixes.
  • Performance Max with proper asset groups, audience signals and brand exclusions, not left on autopilot.
  • YouTube & Demand Gen for awareness and for retargeting people who did not convert first time.
  • Conversion tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager, including call tracking and offline conversion imports from your CRM.
  • Landing pages built and A/B tested for the campaign, rather than sending paid traffic to a homepage.
Fees

How Our Management Fee Works

Flat monthly fee based on account complexity — never a percentage of spend. A percentage model rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive.

Google Ads questions

What Advertisers Ask Us

What is the minimum Google Ads budget to see results in India?

For a local service business in a city like Coimbatore or Madurai, ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month in ad spend is usually enough to generate steady enquiries. Competitive sectors — real estate, education, healthcare, legal — in metros typically need ₹1,00,000 or more to gather enough conversion data for the bidding algorithms to work. Below about ₹15,000 a month the account rarely collects enough data to optimise, and the management fee stops making sense.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly management fee based on account complexity. Percentage-of-spend models create a direct conflict of interest: the agency earns more by spending more of your budget, even when scaling back would make you more profit. A flat fee means our advice on budget is neutral.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do, always. We create or work inside an account registered under your business with your billing details, and we access it through Manager Account permissions. If you leave, we simply remove our access — you keep every campaign, every historical conversion record and all the learning the account has accumulated. Agencies that run your ads inside their own account are holding your data hostage.

How quickly will I see leads?

Campaigns can start generating clicks the day they go live, and most accounts produce their first genuine enquiries within the first week. However, Google's bidding algorithms need roughly two to four weeks and a meaningful volume of conversions before performance stabilises. We ask clients to judge results on month two and three, not on week one.

Should I run Google Ads or invest in SEO?

Ideally both, but if you must choose, it depends on urgency. Google Ads buys visibility immediately and stops the moment you stop paying. SEO takes four to six months to build but keeps delivering afterwards. Most of our clients start with ads to generate cash flow, then reinvest part of that into SEO so the cost per lead falls over time.
